WATER:

How long is the shelf life of bottled water?                                                                 At room temperature our water has a shelf life of two years.

How many bottles are in a case?                                                                                    There are 24 bottles in a case.

How many cases are in a pallet?                                                                                    Depending on the bottle size there are 70 cases per pallet.

ORDERING:

What is the minimum order size?                                                                                  Minimum order is 10 cases (24 bottles per case) which equals 240 bottles.

How long is production time for a typical order?                                                       Orders will typically ship within 12 to 15  business days from the date you approve your artwork.

What type of shipping does COOLWRAPS offer?                                                    We ship via Fedex Ground for most of our orders. For orders larger than 35 cases, we ship common carrier freight. Common carrier freight may require a commercial location and the ability to accept a pallet of goods. Your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail on all Fedex  orders

Where does shipping originate?                                                                                     We ship samples from the greater Palm Springs, California area. and production from our plant in Dumas, Texas.

ARTWORK:

Are there artwork and set-up fees?                                                                               Yes,a one-time setup fee of $65. 

Are there any legal requirements that need to be adhered to in my label design?                                                                                                                                  Yes. You may not violate any trademark or copyright laws through the use of registered logos or artwork. COOLWRAP Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for any trademark infringement violations.

What kind of labels does COOLWRAPS use?                                                            We use high quality paper or polypropylene stock. Our labels are waterproof and colorfast.

Is my artwork kept on file?                                                                                                Yes, we keep all of our customer labels and artwork on file for quick re-ordering.

After an initial order is there a re-order fee?                                                                No, there is no additional charge to set up a repeat customer.

I Like The Idea – How Do I Get Started?                                                                        Talk to your Sales Rep or Call us at 760.866.1710 or Fax us at 760.322.6725 We can discuss your needs and give a quote. You  would also need to e-mail us a copy of your logo and other information pertaining to the layout of the label. Once received, it is forwarded to the art department and they will issue you a proof. Any changes can be made at that time. Once you okay the proof, it is ready to be printed. 

You should allow 6 weeks for the entire process!  This allows time for label changes and production.
